• Customer needs to contact our support team for service contract and warranty information. We don't offer Smartnet Service but we can provide Smartnet eligible unit upon request.

• Our tech team can support you up to 1 year period about any problems with the units that you purchased from us.

• Warranty for reseller is only 90 days.

• Please keep the original boxes of the units that you purchased from us since you will need them if you proceed with RMA.

SHIPPING POLICIES

• We use UPS as our main carrier with domestic shipments. For international shipments, we use DHL. Free Shipping Available Orders Over $7000. Please contact before purchase to apply it.

• We are unable to ship the units to an address that is different than order address.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• The return request must be opened with the correct reason otherwise we may reject the request. We highly recommend you to contact us before RMA.

• We need original packaging and all the accessories to complete your return request. Otherwise we may apply a re-stocking fee.

• The customer responsible for return shipping and might be charged 20% restocking fee.
