We offer two forms of shipping: USPS And Fedex if you have a preference. If the item you are purchasing has free shipping we only offer one form of free shipping, USPS. If you wish to pay for a different form of shipping wait to pay and ask for an invoice with your desired calculated shipping cost. The following Item types will be shipped in a envelope with a stamp so no Tracking will be available: Replacement keyboard Keys, CMOS/BIOS Batteries, Screw sets. We are selling used/refurbished equipment. We accept returns on all items purchased as working. Any items that were purchased "AS-IS for Parts or Repair" are sold AS-ISand WE DO NOT  Accept Returns on them. If for some odd reason the Item you purchased as working doesn't work, PLEASE contact us. We stand by our products. We are happy to provide a 14 day money back guarantee on all items with the exception of any items sold "AS-IS for Parts or Repair." All items sold "AS-IS for Parts or Repair" are sold as parts or not working. All of our items have been logged into and inventory system that tracks all serial numbers as well as service numbers (if available) both on the bottom of the machine as well as in the bios.  If you wish to return "AS-IS for Parts or Repair" items, you are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as properly packing the item. ALL Returns are charged a 15% restocking fee.
