Only the pictured items are included in the listing, if it is not pictured or mentioned in the description it is not included. Place a bid only if you intend to purchase the item. If payment is not received within 3 days, the item(s) will be re-listed at our discretion.

WARRANTY:

AS-IS, No Warranty: When an item is stated as being AS-IS, the condition of the item is either unknown or has known issues (as stated in the description) and does NOT carry any warranty. NO returns will be accepted for this item.

14-day Right-of-Return: You have fourteen (14) days to contact us for a replacement or refund. We can not warranty compatibility with your equipment, or warranty items that have been modified or altered. We maintain the right to use our discretion when choosing between a replacement or refund. 

30-day Warranty: When an item carries a 30-day warranty, you have 30-days to contact us for a replacement or refund for a defective product. We can not warranty compatibility with your equipment, or warranty items that have been modified or altered.

RETURNS:

NOTE: Original shipping charges are Non-Refundable. 
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Defective/DOA: We accept returns for Defective/DOA items within 14 days of receipt by the customer. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will, at our discretion, refund or replace the item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Right-of-Return: If you purchase an item, and decide within 14 days, that you no longer wish to keep it, we will accept it back for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. This includes items that end up not being compatible or are simply the wrong part. You are responsible to determine compatibility before you purchase. For Right-of-Returns, items are expected to be in the same condition they were in when they left our warehouse. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Free Shipping Returns: If you purchase an item with free shipping, and it is returned for a refund, the original shipping cost that we incurred will be deducted from the total refund.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

SHIPPING:

PLEASE NOTE: Ships only to the continental US (does not include Hawaii or Alaska).  We do not ship items to APO/FPO addresses. Items usually ship within 1 - 2 business days. Local pickups are acceptable, for most items. International buyers, please contact us about the possibility of international shipping, prior to bidding/purchasing. Not all items may be shipped internationally. International buyers are responsible for additional costs of international shipping.
